Social media is simply this: people having conversations online. Examples of social networks are Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, etc…

This new medium is rapidly causing a fundamental shift in the way we communicate. The new communication model is a dialogue, something our industry has been utilizing for years.
