What the heck is Social Media?
Social media is simply this: people having conversations online. A social network is a social structure, which facilitates communication between a group of individuals or organizations with a common interest. Many people like to use social networks to keep in touch with family and friends, and now, it's proving to be a savvy way to network. Examples of social networks are Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, etc…
This new medium is rapidly causing a fundamental shift in the way we communicate. The new communication model is a dialogue, something our industry has been utilizing for years. As pioneers by nature, Waiora teams are taking word-of-mouth marketing to the next level with social media. You can find Waiora on Facebook, Twitter and Blogger just going to those pages and searching "Waiora Global Corporation."
If you're not currently using social media tools, you need to get in the conversation!
